Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronan). It helps in the production of synovial fluid, the fluid cushion inside the joint capsule tissue of many joints.

Silica helps the body deposit calcium into bone rather than into areas it shouldn't be. More importantly, silica helps maintain proper bone collagen levels; giving bones greater flexibility.

For fats digestion: Lipase

For carbohydrates digestion: alpha-Amylase

For fiber digestion: Cellulase and Hemicellulase

For milk sugar digestion: Lactase

Full spectrum Essential Enzymes are available, such as Source Natural Brands daily Essential Enzymes Digestion Aid capsules.

OTHER FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN ADDRESSING INFLAMMATION, SCAR TISSUE, GENERAL MUSCLE HEALTH

Hydrate.

Lower sugar intake- not just the obvious deserts but consider fruit juices, power waters and bars, simple carbs… Beware of high sugar fruits like: grapes, bananas, pineapple, and watermelon. Sugar encourages inflammation and contributes to scar tissue.

Avoid trans fats.

Moderate red meat, caffeine, and alcohol.

TOPICAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY BALMS

Use a small amount and rub/massage it in with your finger tips (not your palm) until you can’t tell it was applied.

Arnica gel (or cream) by Boiron. It’s homeopathic, has the highest % of Arnica, and doesn’t have a lot of other fillers that just make it hard to rub in.

Trammel and Zeel by Heel Inc.

Use as directed and read about these products online at www.heel.com or other homeopathic sites. They are a proprietary blend of naturopathic herbs, including Arnica montana.

Arnica by Boiron and Heel Inc. products are available online or at health food stores and vitamin shops.
