After a injury treatment, certain stretch and exercise work will be integral to solidifying your recovery. I will review a short program with you before the end of a session, and the link below provides an example of the e-mail follow-up I will provide.

You will be able to save the program link to your computer or cell phone, print it, keep notes of your progress on it, and comment back to me directly through it. As you progress, I can send you updates and further challenges to keep you on track for full recovery. Remember, stretching or exercising a dysfunctional muscle set may only reinforce the dysfunction, so get your bodywork first, then be disciplined about reinforcing functional movement with your stretch and exercise program.
